Does anyone get Yelp? I sure don’t. In our ongoing struggles to earn a living and sell guitars and guitar pedals, Yelp is not helping us. The latest development in our Yelp saga is:
We have had more reviews filtered. As of today, our Yelp rating is a whopping 1. The seven positive Yelp reviews we’ve received are all filtered. Yelp seems to think that the only relevant review of our business is the lone negative review from a customer with sour grapes.
While the reviews are filtered, they weren’t always hidden from view. As of last week, we had 1 positive review showing and that one negative review. However, this week, Yelp again feels the need to hide all of our positive reviews. Thanks guys!
